The Goal of “With Great Honorâ€
To promote the education, employment, and wellness of our nation’s military families, we propose a national day of celebration to recognize our active military members.
Executive Summary
“With Great Honor†is a not-for-profit, non-partisan organization whose objective is providing the emotional support the troops need by raising money through the USO, focus on three key issues facing military families – education, employment and wellness and raise awareness for the Nation’s Veterans.
The mission of “With Great Honor†in support of Team USO, is to support the morale, welfare, social and entertainment needs of the Nation’s active member military and their families.
With the support of The Mentoring and Leadership Development Institute, the Business Coaching Institute, Glenn L. Williams LLC, Operation GO- Redemption World Outreach Center, VAMortgageCenter.com, Leonard Pitts, and John Fuller Group Inc., “With Great Honor†will focus on three key issues facing military families – education, employment and wellness. With Great Honor will also raise awareness for the nation’s 23 million veterans in such matters as home ownership and surviving spouse benefits. With Great Honor is also committed in joining the President’s fight to end chronic homelessness of American veterans and others.
Bios of Partners
GLENN WILLIAMS
With a heart for helping people fulfill their life purpose, Glenn Williams is considered a change agent and true business leader. Mr. Williams serves as a business coach, mentor, speaker, author, and motivator. Glenn brings wisdom, knowledge, and an exuberant attitude that all give people the motivation to run their race and positively impact the world. Glenn Williams is the founder and president of Glenn L. Williams, LLC and ECBE Academy, an entrepreneurial center for business excellence.
CURTIS INGRAM
Curtis Ingram is the executive director of The Mentoring and Leadership Development Institute (“TMLDIâ€), an organization dedicated to helping boys ages 7 through 12 who come from households headed by single mothers. TMLDI seeks to develop these pre-teens into confident, productive, young men committed to developing their own God-given talents and dreams. This organization does this by connecting each young boy with at least one certified mentor. TMLDI also helps boys develop leadership skills first through the examples set by the mentors and by educating each boy on the principles of leadership. To ensure success, the Institute requires 100% parental or guardian participation and support from each boy’s family. The mentor is not there to act as a replacement for the biological father but to ensure his protégé is being guided in the correct direction.
BERNELL KING INGRAM
Bernell King Ingram is executive director of the Business Coaching Institute, a micro-enterprise development organization providing business coaching, consulting, and training to entrepreneurs. Business Coaching Institute is a technical assistance resource partner of the Appalachian Development Corporation’s Micro Loan Program. Ingram is an entrepreneur, professional coach, consultant, and trainer for small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and economic development agencies. Ingram specializes in business development, strategic planning, program development, micro finance, and process improvement.
PASTOR HASKER HUDGENS
Evangelist Hasker serves as Director of Evangelism for “Operation GO!†Ministries, committed to impacting the inner-cities of Upstate SC. After coming to Redemption World Outreach Center in 1997, he and Ron Carpenter, Jr. shared a vision for this unique outreach ministry that has continued to be a model for urban transformation nationwide.
A licensed and ordained Minister through Redemption Ministerial Fellowship International, Evangelist Hasker is a graduate of Southside High School where he excelled as an all around athlete. After high school, he spent several years ministering on the same streets that Operation GO! Ministries impacts on a daily basis.
With a Bachelor of Divinity degree in practical theology from Destiny Bible College in Greenville, South Carolina, he is also a ministry affiliate of Without Walls International Church in Tampa, Florida. He travels internationally, speaking and training others on effective outreach ministry in religious and secular organizations. In addition to the United States, he has ministered in South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Mexico, the Fiji Island, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
JOHN FULLER
John Fuller is the author of The Official Homebuyers’ Guide, available in both national and local book stores. John is also the founder of the JFG, Inc., an information/education-based company serving hard-working people who dream of home ownership. An advocate of financial literacy, John promotes home ownership and offers his services to help people understand the housing industry. Mr. Fuller teaches practical applications and techniques to transform consumers into informed, well prepared buyers.
LEONARD PITTS
Leonard Pitts, an entrepreneur and philanthropist, has been involved in the real estate and financial industries for over 20 years. He has a passion for helping and serving others. In the past Leonard has been a volunteer for the Boys and Girls Club of the Upstate. He served as president for the parent advisory board for the Club’s Chapman Elementary division. Leonard also served as an usher for 4 years at his church, Redemption World Outreach Center. He is currently a licensed Realtor in the state of South Carolina and a qualified service provider for the South Carolina Department of Education. Some of Mr. Pitts’s accomplishments include team-teaching financial literacy at the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts & Humanities and helping Upstate families repair their credit and qualify for home loans.

Crosspointe ARMS Veterans Ministry was established by Crosspointe Baptist Church in 2006.
